OMG! Nothing to do with bikes! - Much, much more important than that!
After forty-three years of abstinence I've just found a form of chocolate I can eat without being sick!
They say life begins at sixty!

OK, you cannot make a statement like that and not tell us what kind.

...without being or feeling very sick, DW. That's the difference. I don't have to suffer for my pleasures, and for that reason I don't have to restrict them to once or twice a year.

It's not a chockie bar but a kind of pure chocolate powder - pure 100% cocoa. Most chockie powers make me feel very queasy - even pure ones without additives - but this doesn't. Its called Chococru. I found it in a health food shop. It was ourtrageously expensive but... (who gives a flying f***). It's being sold on the back of all this new research that shows that - contrary to all previous medical advice - pure chcocolate is extremely good for the heart and coronary system. My heart and my arteries are fine. Just gimme the chcocolate.
I've just made chocolate pankackes with it and consumed them. Ohhhhhhh! Pancakes AND chcolate! With sour cherries and soya yoghurt!
Groaaaaaan! (In the very n-i-c-e-s-t possible way.)

Chocolate scones sounds tasty - I like scones anyway.

Hi DW. Not yet, but that is largely because I haven't tried. I've been too busy with other things. I need to go through all my paperwork to see if I can find the logbook (a huge job in itself as you will know if you have seen my filing system) and then if I can't find it, write to DVLA (another long business) and pay for a new one. Then perhpas I will be able to get it taxed.
I'm keen to ride her again, but not so keen that everything else has to be put aside for it.
Cheers
Dick
