Maybe he put them in his pack. Actually In the summer time...sadly....it is common to see people dressed inappropriately for riding.

What? It uh... um... helps with riding my motorcycle. Um... less wind resistance and drag coefficient. Yep. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!

Edit: I really thought I had bagged the win there too... *sighs* Now I'm freaked out about the lengths one must go through to be declared the winner!
