Took care of my sick wife all day. Stomach bugs suck.
Culled a sick chicken.
Grilled and ate chicken for dinner. (no not the sick one)
Got soaked by my son and his super soaker while I was cooking. Nothing like cold streams of water running down the back of your pants unexpectedly to get the ole ticker pumping.

Are they the foamy ones? You have to roll them in your fingers to squish them down so they go in skinny......hold it there for a few seconds then they expand in your ear.

Melted today in my tiny office till I was just a large puddle on the floor. Can't work in this heat. No way!
Rode home and dived straight down into my cellar. Thank god for that! It's so cool down here. Sheer bliss!

81....oooh I'd give anything for 81 here. We're under a heat advisory at 104 degrees....
