I love buells, they seem like fun bikes to ride. I heard one that had open exhaust and that sucker sounded awesome. Also, the front brakes look cool and I love that little exposed pulley in the rear. Nice bike man!

Thanks! It is super fun to ride and they sound good even with the stock exhaust... almost sounds like an old drag bike or something. The pulley in the rear keeps the belt drive tight so there is never any play or snap like you get in many sport bikes with chains :D

If I was into sport bikes, I would probably own a Buell. Nice bike!

I wish Buell made a smaller Ulysese (Ulysis, SP?? lol). I'd own one of those in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, the nearest Buell dealer for me is about 2 hours away.

That's a righteous ride! I dig me some Buell action and hope to add one to my stable in the future. Nice bike! 8)

Hey, I am from what I guess is considered central Jersey, right near New Brunswick. Where is the chatterbox? I'm definately down with meeting up and riding anywhere, I have a few friends that I also ride with pretty often, very laid back guys, one rides a honda shadow 1100, one a goldwing and the other has a honda 954 sport bike... not that it matters but I think sometimes you can guess someone's personality by what they ride :D

Congrats on your Buell purchase, I got mine in Edison; the shop is only about 10 minutes from my house and all the guys there are cool. I went in with the intentions of buying a Harley but fell in love with the Buells... It has a pretty "standard" seating position so you aren't hanging over the tank and for the money you get so much more performance than you would with a Harley...

I think you are going to be super happy with your Buell... the gas mileage sucked at first but now its getting around 40mpg city... and every time I fuel up it gets better. I still have 200 miles before I am up to the 500mile break in period.

Oh yea... starting around next month on Thursday nights we go up to the Stewarts rootbeer in Lebanon... its like "bike night" or whatever, probably similar to the chatterbox... I'm defiately up for going somewhere new tho...
