I just wanted to post that I am looking to get into manufacturing some motorcycle related items on my CNC mill. If any of you have a project from something simple to new cylinder heads, I'm interested, and I'm cheap (but, I'm not easy).

Cheers,

WMF

What kind of prices would we be talking about if I could give you some dimensions for some fork braces. I would probably order 10+?

Man, how many more bikes do you plan on purchasing in the near future?

Well the 2 visions, the magna, the xs 400, the kz 650 and a potential kz 400 are sure to get lonely...

No- believe it or not but fork braces fora vision are hard to come by. The guys at ridersofvision would definately buy one if it's affordable. The difference between the ride is apparently night and day.

I wouldn't mind getting one for my hornet, if I could get it at a decent price.

You're not giving us much information

What kind of mill do you have, how many axis, and how big's the travel? What are you running for software?

Do you have experiance running metal? What kinds? What kind of data do you have or would all have to be provided?

I'm working with a VF-6,0,oe,2 and a 3 (all HAAS of course) They're all 3 axis though, and I'd be interested in outsourcing some 5 axis if that's what you're talking about and we're talking fairly inexpensive. Also I have very little experiance with steel or titanium. I usually build in ProE Wildfire2 and program in Surfcam Velocity (are these compatible with what you've got?)

What's this part look like? What's it made out of?
