My feet vibrate after riding the freeway

hahaha, which freeway are we talking about?

the only freeways i've ridden my bike on are...101, 405, 110, 10 and maybe one or two more.....and since it's been kinda cold here lately, my legs just freeze up and are really stiff after i get off.....but they don't vibrate...LOL....i can just imagine how that would look

Well I don't have a car so if I want to go somewhere, it's on two wheels, and it's exposed to whatever weather there might be.

I live in Seattle so pretty much that means I ride in some awful weather.
