I can replace the tire on my utility trailer for $30, rim and all.
Depends on what tire you are buying, as to what it's gonna cost. A 100/90x19" tire is alot less that a 190/55x17"....
My local shop charges $20 to remove, replace and balance a tire, if the wheel is already removed from the bike.

I ride my bike to a local dealer with the tires around my waist, Michelan Man style, and come back an hour later and $60 poorer. So $30 a tire for mounting, balancing and disposal of old tires, without having to remove anything from my bike.
