Red one was a Honda CR, blue was a Yamaha YZ or WR, yellow was a Suzuki DRZ. Duno about specific model numbers though, but I'd guess 250's all around. All dirtbikes converted to Super Motards. SBK sized rims, race slicks, power upgrades, nice mix of two differant styles of riding. Slide knees and feet, drifting, dirt, pavement. I want a 'Tard at some point, though street legal so I can take it on the road. Thinking XR650L conversion.

"Backing it in" is one thing you will never be able to do on your gixxer. Slipper clutches take all the fun out of riding.

Backing it in involves stomping down a few gears to get a compression lock-up so the rear slides coming into the corner as per the video.
All of which can be a lot of fun.

I slid like that once. But mine was because I flew around a corner and some friggin schoolbus was inconsiderate enough to be unloading a wall of children in my intended path of travel.

There are street legal motards out there now.

Verm, on a tight, technical road these things will eat a liter bike alive. How would you like to get smoked by a 400/500? I would love to take one of these to Deal's Gap.
I would be the old, slow guy. Just let me know where you are going and I'll try to get there before you leave.
