my gate remotes are usually in my jacket. when im wearing the 1pc, it's in the rear compartment, which becomes a hassle.
but now there's no hassle on where i put these gate remotes when im wearing the 1pc suit.
sure it doesn't look good on the bike but i'd rather deal w/ it than get off the bike each time i have to open the gates while wearing the 1pc.
BTW, i just passed 2000 miles... i crashed around the 1800 mark.

Nice. Now what you need to do is figure out a way to wire them up to little buttons on yoru handlebars

Then you don't have to worry about the velcro glue leaving nasty residue when you want to take it all off.

my mechanic offered it before but im fine w/ this set-up for now.
it sucks since the 2 of them have diff frequencies so i can't program them in one of those small single unit multiple button key chain remotes.
buying the smaller versions for each would cost me around $80.
the velcro is cheap, it only cost me $3 at home depot.

Shoulden't be an issue when he wants to remove it. Any petrolium based product such as WD40 or GooGone should be able to take it off with ease.
Looks good verm. This will also be a much more safe setup without you having to shift around in that suit of you'rs while on the gixxer.

You need to program them into your gloves. Then you just point at a garage door/gate and viola! They open!
Man, I could make a killing with an invention like that!

Then when your neighbors ask you can just tell them you use the force.
V, why do you have electrical tape covering your speedometer?

i covered my gear indicator and speedo for quite some time now.
it's for training purposes.
i used to be so dependent on my gear indicator. regarding the speedo, i used to check them excessively. bad habit i got from driving.
also on a bike, the speedo is off anyway. i read my bike's speedo is around 7% optimistic.
anyway... i need to pay more attention to the road instead of my gauges.

Awesome. But I think you might wanna check your oil if you've not yet done so.
At least I guess that's what the speedometer is trying to tell you.

No speedometer is 100% accurate. But so you have no idea how fast you are going? Thats not good...when you crashed on that twisty you dont know what your speed was?
That isnt good, V...if nothing else it might land you with a ticket even when you're trying to obey the speed limit.

im sure my speedo is off. they even sell speedo healers for my bike.
besides, im trying to feel speed and intead of look at my speedo, i should be able to gauge how fast im going even w/o looking at the speedo.
when i crashed... i estimate im going around 35mph when i hit the loose gravel mid-turn and got a panic attack.
