Lane Splitting in Alberta (Calgary)?

#1 Unread post by rajbbhatt »

Can you lane split in Alberta, especially in Calgary. I am having my bike shipped from LA (where I am used to occasion lane splitting). With Calgary's traffic problems growing, it would be useful. But I am not sure if it is legal or acceptable?

Plus the couple of times that I've tired it, people get severely pissed off!
....if everyone is waiting for a train and I get to the front I will not hold anyone back one bit.....why would it matter?????
