One thing I miss about having a car...
When I'm riding out on a nice day, I could really use some Pantera or Slayer blasting.
But unless I get a Gold Wing that just ain't going to happen.

Cheap and easy solution: get a pair of Koss The Plug earbuds. Remove the junky foam stuff thae comes with it, get a pair of earplugs from a pharmcy or drugstore, heat up a nial and press it through the earplug, long ways. Take newly modified earplug, attach to the Plug earbuds and enjoy having your hearing protected as well as tunes from your music player of choice.

Fuuny you should mention that but I thought it was going to be bad... Instead I fell in love with the sound of my engine - possibly because I had to listen to what it was telling me due to the really basic instruments that CeeGee had.
For the summer though I think speakers are definately in order. I've found some marine use speakers on ebay, an MP-3 player and a vechile docking kit are all going to be fudged until they operate as a soundsystem on the trike. Whats the use of having a trike if you can't defen everyone in the area!

I have a pair of Sony EPL-1's I beleive they're called, I'll try to check later.
Basically they're an earplug with a headphone built in. I hook them up to my MP3 player and stick one in then on goes the helmet and away I go.
I only ever use them for long highway trips though, around the city I'd rather hear the other vehicles.
Doesn't really seem like a practical solution though. Maybe you should just buy a car, and leave us wiggers to the bikes. I mean, only a fake-biker would want to listen to music over the sound of his engine, and the air rushing past his head/helmet. And you're not a fake biker are you?

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Oh, I forgot to make some comment about Pantera and Slayer being popular back when I was in highschool, you know, the late nineties. And even then, people got laughed at for listening to them.
