Thanks VX, thanks, JWF.

SkinnyJ, to me it wasn't the 'same old, same old' since it's all basically new to me...My rider-coaches were highly skilled, informative, upbeat and alot of fun. Aside from the basic physical skills/techniques of riding, what I really got out of it was as strong emphasis on the "mental" aspects... what "SEE" is really about. A constant, focused inner dialogue while riding.

I'm exhausted after this weekend...it was pretty intense...but fun...Im sure I'll post more on the subject as time goes by as I've learned alot, much of which I'm certain is still sinking in :mrgreen:

thats good to hear. it just seems there has abeen a rash of not so good instructors lately. i loved mine and got alot out of it, and yes until those couple days i never really knew that riding takes a toll on the rider
