Wish Honda would put out a Gold Wing without all the crap

#1 Unread post by < I Fly > »

I know in the early 80s they made GL-1000s that were naked.

I wish they'd make a model with the opposed 6 engine and same chassis which is good for touring but not all that excess weight in old man accessories like the butt ugly fairing and over-the-top storage.

I'd totally buy that!

I have always thought the same thing Fly.

I like the valk, but I think it would be cool to have that engine in a standard bike.

Yup!

I like certain styling elements of the Wing.
If they'd take off that awful giant fairing, and the cargo, I think it'd be a handsome and useful standard.
