Hey everyone, first time posting on your forum. Looks awsome btw.

But I have a question. Someone is looking at trading me a 1990 DR250. I have been browsing the web tying to find information on this bike and year, but cant seem to come up with much. Any input from someone here who might have one would be awsome. Or a link to something about the bike would be much appreciated. Let me know what you guys think if this bike, good and bad.

Well KBB lists it retailing at $1125.

My bad.... That is the 250 S. Im looking for the 250 (dirtbike model). Thanks for the reply though

Nobody has any info on this bike? The dirtbike model, not the streetbike

It's a typical 4-stroke trail bike from it's time. Low-tech suspension that works fine unless your riding hard and fast, adequate motor, but not outstanding in any way. Not a lot of power, but pretty reliable.

Makes a good trailbike, but needs major cash infusions to be ridden hard.
