Well I was hoping for videos where people hurt themselves clearly doing stupid and avoidable things... not honest mistakes.

www.break.com has all kinds of stuff like that, plus some really cool/funny stuff.
I remember one where a bunch of guys friends all got together and painted his room BRIGHT pink while he was out of town one day.
