Crash Pics

#1 Unread post by d2mini »

Thought it might be a good idea (whether we like to see these things or not) to see pics of crashed helmets, heads, brains, etc to illustrate what can happen when you don't where your helmet. Or at least what can happen to you/your equipment during a crash. So even if you have pics of your torn up gear/cracked helmet. It's one thing to talk about getting in an accident but another thing entirely to actually see it.

Again, what you do with your own body is your business, but I thought this might help some people make a better informed decision.

I'd start, but I don't have any pics. :(

Gruesome pics of bike accidents appear infrequently, and sometimes look photo-shopped, but in any case present fairly realistic images of the outcome for the motorcyclist when hitting a larger vehicle or a solid object. It will always be shockingly messy. Just picture a man-sized meat grinder........

Crash Pics?

As a former medic I have seen my share of bikers who have been seperated from their machines. Let me tell you, these types of wrecks are not pretty for the biker or the bike.
