locks?sold secure?thatcham?

Hi guys!
I´m new and looking for information. Which is the best lock I can get?Why? Sold secure or thatcham , i´m quite confused, is any of these companies better than the other? is there any difference? will it have to do with my insurance?

No lock you buy will affect your insurance rates that I know of. If you really want some insurance discounts get a lo-jack system with an integrated alarm. (wouldn't be worth the cost tho if the bike is cheap)
