Shopping for a bike... Again...

Alright so let me start off by talking a bit about myself. I have done an MSF riding course, bought my gear (boots, pants, jacket, gloves, back protector, and helmet.... Worth about 1600 altogether) I also have 3 years of driving experience. Now if you've read my other thread, you'll know that I totally threw my money in the fire and I gotta be real careful from now on. I used to think that anything low powered was good, as long as the price was right, and the insurance is right. Well, I thought wrong, I bought a YSR50 thinking it was a good bike but I ended up forking about 900+ dollars getting it fixed and a month of sitting out because the shop bloody sucks, they took a month to fix my bike, and they overcharged me...See other thread for details. If you want to know what shop I went to PM me. So anyway, the bike is still screwy (throttle sticking, no power) and I totally regret not listening to the little voice in my head telling me not to buy it.
Anyway, after a few weeks I decided I would need another bike instead of fixing this junky one. I'm having a hard time finding a bike that I like, and I don't know too much about the bikes out there for me. So here's the criteria
The types of bikes I really like are naked sports, fully faired/ bikini faired sports, motards, and those vintage racers (kind of like a cafe racer thing).
-Must be able to go on the freeway with ease
-Must be reliable (less time in the shop, more time on the road)
-Must be good on insurance
-Preferably a twin, but not really important
-My budget is 3000-4000 Depending on what it is. (Canadian dollars of course
)
-Must be at least decent on gas
-Must be able to take a passenger
-Must be easily able to source parts
-I'm a short rider, about 5'8"
-Must be able to ride semi long distances, yes I know it depends on the rider, but I mean in general (about 150 -200 kms a day)
-Must be durable (hence the reason for the motard)
-Unattractive to theives (compared to a gixxer or ninja or whatever)
I know these guidelines are pretty hard to get by, but I'm not a rich guy and I hate getting screwed over. I'm really not digging too much of these new sportbikes, they're fun to ride but they almost all look the same, plus I got no money to buy them, neither do I have the credit history to lease/finance them.
Well now, I'm open to suggestions...
