Nothing.

Just wanted to say I took a spirited highway jaunt. Let the EX breathe hard. Nobody cut me off or tried to kill me. Didn't encounter any squids doing wheelies on the parkway in the next lane, or any other dumb sh*t...Just had alot of fun. It was a good day...I didn't even have to use my AK

Sounds like fun. i was able to do a 100 or so miles yesterday....on my 200cc vespa
Should be picking up the Fj1200 tonight though. I'm looking forward to see how much difference the extra 1000 cc's add..

I was on your west coast riding yesterday. A group of us went down to Washington to ride. We did about 200 miles. The Chuckanut Drive is oh so nice on a dry sunny day.

Congrats on your milestone.
I had a great time taking the highway for 30 miles (60 round trip) and doing 70-80mph last week for the first time. One thing I learned is to either get a windshield or tough it up and take the windblast knocking me around a bit. For me I had to muster up the courage to say "Today is the right day to get it done". What I'm glad for was not being put in a bad situation that would have overstretched my skills while out there. I'm just enjoying the chance to improve my skills every time I go out whether on the city streets or highway.
Ride safe.

I'm guessing I'm the psychotic one doing 400 miles each way in one sitting, only stopping for gas and a candy bar

.
What? I had to see how improved my bike was after I changed the tires, chain, gearing, clutch, sintered brakes and serviced valves.
