GSXR Front Brakes Not working?

Hey all, I was out riding with my friends last night. As we left, my buddy on his 04 1000 GSXR forgot to take the disc lock off, causing him to come to a sudden halt. Luckily we were only going about 2-3 mph so no major casualties.

There seemed to be no physical damage other than a scratch, but now his front brakes have no pressure when the bike is in motion. If it's at a stop there's pressure. When he's ridding he has to pump the brakes to get them to work. After a very slow ride back to the garage, we bled the brakes but that didn't work. We also took the calipers out and re-aligned the pistons and bled the brakes again.

Any other ideas as to what might be wrong? I tried googling the issue, but didn't come up with many results. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

He has bent his rotor. As the bent rotor rotates, it is pushing the pistons back into the caliper, causing no pressure until you pump them back up. He needs new rotor. OEM is very expensive, have him buy a rotor from EBC.
