The tension was high in the dimly lit room. Upon entering, the man oriented himself and quickly spied a card game underway. All faces were deeply serious as three men and a dog played their hands. The dog was playing with extraordinary skill.
"That is a really smart dog," the man commented.
"Aw, he's not that smart," said one of the players. "Every time he gets a good hand he wags his tail ..."
