Only 5 here in WI. Makes people wonder what my "drevl" plate means so I used a magic marker to put a period after the r. Legal or not, I did it.

So there!

Hmm well seems like no one has 7 like a car. You added a period? haha I have actually heard its legal to marker in dashes and things. But I don't beleive everything I hear. I wish I could get a blank one and just write in..

Used to be four here, but now there's five (mine's the old style with four).
My buddy's old GL500i had the sweetest "personalized" tag, which actually just came to him through dumb luck, it read:
RU4N
Too bad he couldn't transfer it over to his Harley!

Wheelie, check out this form:
http://mainegov-images.informe.org/sos/ ... vanity.pdf
I've wondered this already (for my truck) and the form is the same for both, with limits on it. We get 7, including space/dash for vanity moto plate and 7
plus space/dash for car plate.
