Good Deal on Helmet + Jacket

On another forum I read, I found a good deal on free HJC helmet (as long as it is under 119.99 I think, if it's more you pay the difference) with purchase of a Joe Rocket jacket on closeout for 119.99 (a few styles available). I've purchased from these people before (Joe Rocket Revolution Jacket at 75% off) It's listed for $99 now - EXCELLENT JACKET for 3 season riding (I have a Mesh jacket for those really hot days.) The only bad thing is the velcro on the cuffs (I HATE velcro)
They MIGHT sell factory seconds (Which is why they are so cheap) but I never found the supposed "defect" w/ my jacket.

Cool, if I were buying a jacket and helmet, I'd definitely snatch up that deal.
