Used 1000RR - 2005 - Problem Areas

Hi Guys!!
I have a offer to buy a 1000RR. Its done 7000Km. Would like to know what trouble spots to look for so I dont get conned!!!
Just to let you know the bikes in Dubai!!! So lots of sand....
Any inputs would really be appreciated....
Asking price is 38,000Dhs....thats about $10,950 (dollar to dirhams x 3.65)
