When I went to get my motorcycle the guy said that he did not have a title for it because it wasnt big enough CC or something.. It's a Kawasaki Ninja ex250....Is it true they dont give you titles for these bikes?

Absolutely not true. If it's a street vehicle of any type there must be a title for it to be legitimate. I sure hope you didn't pay already!!

if it drives on the road you need a title no ifs/ands/or buts.

You can probably apply for a replacement title...not entirely sure about that though....

LOL... why don't you go to your DMV website and find out for yourself. It is specific to YOUR state... people can give you correct answers that are WRONG FOR YOU.

hint: 300cc is significant in maine.

Hint2: 300cc doesn't mean a damned thing in California.... or Ohio....

thats why I said if it is drivable on the road then it needs a title. in my state if its 125CC you need a title. below that all you need is a bos (bill of sale). although 125CC is what is needed to drive on the highway and not on normal roads.

I'm all set, Maine doesnt require a title for something under 300cc :)
