The "controversy" over counter-steering..

What is the controversy? It's the same on a bicycle--you have to be going fairly fast on a bicycle to have to countersteer, though. Now I've only been on a motorcycle once and that was 25 years ago. But I understand the concept. To those who don't countersteer: how do you turn the bike?

It's agreed on this forum that countersteering makes you turn, the only argument REALLY is why it works the way it does. I've got my opinion, others have their own... whatever, as long as it works when I need it to, I'm happy.
