I'm getting so tired of hearing about this Duke case. But from what I've gleaned from the media, here's what we have so far.

-stripper hired for sports team party
-stripper gets wasted, leaves with friend after some kind of fight
-stripper stopped by police who says she cant even stand up
-next day stripper says she was gang raped by over a dozen players
-friend says there was no rape
-stripper changes story, now only 3 raped her
-friend changes story, now there was a rape
-stripper emails some consultation group asking how she can best take advantage of the situation
-strippers family now wants to pursue civil trial, to collect money, before criminal trial is even over; seems $ is bigger priority than justice
-accused have witnesses that they werent even there, cell phone and ATM records that put them away from the crime at the time of the crime
-stripper has claimed rape before, a case that was eventually dropped
-stripper uses drugs and has a criminal record
-accused are college kids with wealthy parents
-dna evidence gathered from witness doesnt even match the accused
-in a lineup the accused says the perp she points out had a mustache, though he never did
-lineup consisted of all lacross players, so it was impossible for her to pick someone that was not at the party
-accused passed lie detector test regarding the incident

Sorry, but I think the DA and the accuser and her family are just sitting in meetings somewhere trying to figure out how to get rich.

I agree, this is just another lawsuit with people wanting to make easy money. When I was young (like 7) my friend's mom had a waitress spill a little bit of coffee on her, and instead of just dealing with it and accepting the waitresses apology, she sued. A couple weeks later she had a brand new car sitting in the driveway.

Lawsuits: Allowing the stupid and lazy to reproduce.

that is all this whole thing is about.

I hate the race card more than anything else, simply because all it does is perpuate racism.

If we had an organization for only whites to "advance" our lives... we'd be racists.

If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships...you know we'd be racists.

In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights...you would call us racists.

Did you know that some high school students decided to make a club for only the white students because the other ethnicities had them... they all got sent to court for being rasist but the african-american, latino, and asia clubs were not even questioned.

You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.


I am white.
I am proud.


But, you call me a racist.
