Siezed spark plugs

I havea1976 honda 750 and the 2 inner spark plugs are siezed.The 2 outer ones came out fine.I soaked the inners incyclo break away over night and now can move them 1/64 of an inch.
Still VERY tight.How can I get them out and leave the threads in the head,Thanks.Doug

Seized plugs are terrors. Be very very careful.

You can always try with some more oil agents for a few days, and if that fails a light heating(with a blow torch) of the heads might help, due to thermal expansion.
On that note be careful not to overheat anything, and spread the heat evenly so as not to create a buckling effect of unbalanced expansion.

Alternatively you could run the engine till the heads are warm, as this might help, but be careful with your hands.
