Dropped it on the floor? A bikes oil level will drop everytime you start the engine if this is what you are refering to. If it is up in the engine it is not in the sump....

Here's hoping that's what he meant, otherwise he has a cup of oil to clean off the ground, and a leak to fix

Yeah...I wish

Oil on asphalt this morning. Put down a two-foot oil slick.

Put some oildry down. Don't want to leave that on the street for anyone else to come across.

Wasn't able to check right away...had to put the bike up and take the cage

Check your crankcase vent. If it's plugged, the crankcase will pressurize and oil will come out of places that it's not supposed to.
