Hey Gang------A newbie here! ----- to riding & the forum. Just started a couple of years ago. I'm on my 2nd bike-----V Star 1100 Classic. I want some loud pipes with a nice deep throaty rumble. Last year I bought some Cobra Lo-Boy staggered from somebody who thought they were too loud for her V Star. Cobra wasn't my 1st choice, but for $100, thought I'd give it a whirl. They're not bad, but I think I can do better. Lost my job last year, starting up a new venture & can't afford to upgrade the bike, but I can upgrade the pipes. Vance & Hines doesn't make a full-system for my bike, so what has anybody heard on a V Star 1100 that they really like?
My research is being done by hanging out at dealerships on a nice Saturday morning to see if anybody has something on a V Star 1100 that I like the sound of. Anybody know about sound & quality of Bub Big Willy or Samson. Anything else you like? My preferences, Loud #1, Performance #2! When I go out, I go for a ride, not a race! Thanks for any help/opinions out there.
Rate some loud pipes for me!

First off , welcome to the TMW Forums .
My spousette and I have essentially the same bike . She has Cobra Slash Cut Drag Pipes and I have the same , only made by Jardine . Her's is a deeper sound , but mine can be heard from further away . And just sounds meaner
There you go , you have just garnered another 2 of my ¢..........
Best regards , Wizzard
