04 honda cbr 1000

Was wondering if anybody has ever, if you ride one had problems with any type of noise coming from the right side case of the motor behind the stator cover.(the one that says honda on it)because i have got work done nothing fixes the problem, plus honda engineer have no clue what it is. Never a known problem to them, such as honda's having cam chain problems. please help nobody else can.
