-Cycle World, July 2006, pg. 12"We'd almost forgotten how good this ankle-biting buzz-bomb really is. In the K company's lineup for 20 years, it costs just $3000, spins up to 14,000 rpmand gets 75 mpg (more if, unlike us, you can resist zinging it up to 14,000rpm). Saving overpriced fossil fuel was never so much fun.

Thats right. Cycle World just ran an article in this months Magazine called "Best of the Rest" (pg. 12) and The Kawi 250R was voted best fuel saver.

Hey Ryan - that's great! Just another reason to luv that bike!
(although the $3000 U.S. pricing does get me grumpy since here it's $6300 - but that was another thread...)
Oh yeah - I think I pay maybe $25/month insurance.

I don't believe anything I read in any motorcycle magazine. The publishers of these magazines recieve under the table, kick backs, back room deals from the major motorcycle manufactures to say good things about the bikes they test and rate, the higest bidder gets the best reviews. And the bikes they do test are modified versions supplied by the mfg.

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I have a report from the black helicopters that follow you around, and they say they're getting upset about your revealing these massive industry conspiracies. Be careful out there
