Brake Calipers

To start off I just got a new license ID in the mail and man the coloring looks so.... tropical but I guess it sure beats the pink on my old license. I wish NY got the licenses New Jersey got, oh well.
Anyway I was looking at these brake calipers on www.jaybrakeoriginals.com and I was looking at the dual piston version. The problem is that my Vulcan came with a single piston. Has anyone tried adding a different caliper to their bike? I am planning to do this when I change the rotor, pads and brake lines. Thanks.
