No, they are the Harley ones.

Bags come with all mounting hardware....
They don't hold much, but it's something I guess.

Hey Oz, When I rented a v-rod for a weekend, the only thing I really disliked about it was the tiny fuel tank. The street rod has a larger fuel tank - what do you think of its capacity - Enough or not?
