What traits are you looking for in the bike?

Personally I have had experience on both bikes which i assume you mean the GSXR 600 btw and 2 different hondas...a 600 and a 929. The qualities i look for in a bike I find in the hondas. Example is reliablity (my gixxer constantly had problems while i still have one of my hondas with 59 k miles and it still runs great), cornering....it was much easier to control my honda over my gixxer btw gixxer 600 was a 2000 and my 2 hondas are a cbr 600 f3 (95) and a 2001 cbr 929. The only minus side I have found to the hondas is there damn seat. They suck! Hope that helps some. Im sure you can find many more opinions contradicting mine, but good luck anyways. Oh btw if you have no bike experience and you are asking this I have one quick question. Can I buy your bike from you when you crash. I might need the parts for a stunter.
