Exhaust mods for Honda Shadow VLX 600

Hello guys/girls,
Have read some storries how to cut the bafflers out from Honda Shadow exhaust, but that all seams to be for 750 and bigger engine.
I got 2000 Shadow VLX 600 and llike the sound of my stock pippes, but if I could to cut/pull out the bafflers, would love to do that.
I do not want to put on it V&H or Cobra pippes (cost wise) and would like to have a quick fix to get me louder and dipper sound.
Would love to hear what did you guys do with your stock Shadow 600 exhaust and if you can post some pics, would be appreciated.
Mine is red, all stock, with less than 8K on it.
Will post pics
The end of exhaust is less than 2"

so you can see what I mean.
And I am looking for a Honda Owner Manual for Shadow VLX 600, to find how can I lubricate chain, change oil & filter, about transmission, cooling system, and such.
Also need to find what kind of polish and cleaning do I need to buy for chrome and the rest of the bike to clean really good.
What would you recommend???
Thanks in advance and see ya'll on the road.
So, any help is appreciated.
Very sincerely,
