if you are enough of a mechanic or know one who can inspect it, and the bike is close to you it might be a good bike. I would replace the tires as is suggested in the ad and have someone take a look at the carbs, but if it starts up and runs decent the price seems good.

If you get it you should seriously replace the tires immediately and while it’s in the shop you might as well have them clean the carbs. Every older bike benefits from a good carb cleansing now and again.

Suzuki GS models are great bikes. I have a 82 GS650L. If you can get the necessary repairs done, I say go for it.
