My first 2,200 miles

#1 Unread post by WheelieGrip »

So I put 2,200 miles on my motorcycle its the first one I owned. I'm 16 and turning 17 this August. The first 1000 miles were minor I got cut infront of once and cut one person off. Got stopped and given a warning for a rolling stop. The next 1,200 miles are good untill.... I got pulled over this wekeend (saturday) I got clocked doing 100 in a 35 and so on and so on I got two tickets out of it all. I got Excessive speed. and I got Eluding. I wont be able to ride anything again legally till I'm 18...I will find out when I go to court. So I know im an idiot and shouldnt have done what I did but nothing I can do now. I will see you guys on the road in a couple years. Ill be back.

Yeah the fines are the crappy part. $500-$1,000 for the speeding. and a couple hundred for eluding.

That's why they don't want you doing 100 in those areas...

Still tough break, hopefully you'll learn to control the wrist by the time you turn 18, and hey, there's always dirtbikes, right? :)
