Does anyone know where i might be able to find an ONLINE manual for a 1972 Honda SL100?

Any help is highly appreciated...

Unlikely to find a manual for that bike online. You might have a hard time even finding a hard copy anyplace. Check the dealer or you can try the Clymer/Haynes route.... you may be forced to listing an ad for a used manual that someone is willing to sell.
