Bosch four Plugs.

I am still waiting for my owner’s manual from Honda but understand I have a service at 4k. In that service they are going to change the plugs (or so I have read somewhere on this forum). That being the case, I have used bosch four plugs in some of the cars I have tuned and wonder if anybody have tried them in their bike. They make a difference in certain circumstances when tuning a car but I have no idea even if they would work on my 05 VT1100 which happens to have 4 plugs (two per cylinder).
Anybody who has an owner’s manual for the 05 VT1100, I would love to know what is meant to be done at 4k.

Bosch-4, the 4-pronged plugs? I used them once in my car. No difference, marketing gimicks and a huge waste of money.
Use the plug recommended by the manufacturer.

Electricity travels the shortest path, like water - A bosch 4 prong plug fires between the electrode and the closest prong. These plugs DO have a benefit in that when one prong starts to get eaten away by the spark, another prong is right there to give the eame performance, so the plugs last longer.
You can "probably" use them in your bike - but don't expect any benefit other than longevity.

That’s basically what I thought. I actually have a fair stock of them from my tuning business which is the only reason I thought I might give them a try

If this is true I would think corrosives on the plug and other types of gunk/wear would make it necessary to replace the plug before you would see any benefit from multiple prongs.

I'm on my 4th BMW K bike now - all of which have Bosch plugs as the recommended plugs (at about $6 a pop!)
What I've found in trying other plugs (like Autolite) is that there's no noticeable difference in performance, however, the Bosch plugs seem to hold up much better. When I pull the plugs to change them after 12-15k miles, non-Bosch plugs tend to look like they're still in very good condition while the others look like they need replacing.
Since most of my riding is LD touring and I want relaibility, I go with the Bosch plugs. If most of my riding were local, I'd probably save a few $$$ and go with Autolites.
