EX250 QUESTION!

A EX250 came into the shop today for its first service and since we are not a Kawasaki dealer, I need to know if it gets a valve adjustment at 600 miles. I'll be working on it first thing in the morning.

Our sister store is a dealer and those wet-ends couldn't even find the literature! Nice.

So, since it seems like 30% of the members here own one of these, I knew this would be the perfect place to get the answer!

Thanks alot.

Yes.

Service intervals are all in the owner's manual under the seat BTW. :D

I figured the owner might have left the manual in place is all. You'll need to take off the seat to clean the air filter anyway, so... :)

I hope the air filter does not need to be cleaned at 600 miles or the customer is taking it through the woods!!

yea, I'm messing with ya, its the beer talkin'

LOL... for some reason cleaning the air filter is listed on the initial maintenance. Maybe they use Thai peanut oil when they wet it initially... or maybe they don't wet it at all and they figure the 1st service is a good chance to see if the assembly guy did his job. :)

Should be easy money. :)
