Finally, A cop when you need one

After work tonite I decided to ride around for a little while. Weather is great and for some reason an assload of bikes were out. Definately more than usual around here.
I pull into a parking lot to give my butt a rest and a cop comes by to ask if everything was Ok. I said it was and he went on his way. About 5 minutes after this I leave to ride home.
While on the street a cage comes up behind me and starts tailgating. The cager decides I'm not riding fast enough and passes me on the right. Apperantly, there was also another cage I couldn't see behind the first cage and he does the same thing. I think the 2 cages were trying to race or something. A traffic lite is ahead and all 3 of us get stuck at the lite.
Heres the sweet part. Appearantly, the same cop I just talked to 5 minutes ago sees all of this. He pulls over the 2 cages and as I ride by I honk & give the middle finger salute. I didn't stick around to see what happened after that as I figured it was best to let the cops do their job.
Hopefully, they received tickets for tailgating, speeding, & passing on the right.

Glad to hear some acehats got what they deserved. Most likely some young punks who watch too much of the Fast and the Furious or some rich bastards playing with daddy's car.
Where were you? I know these people love to use I-95 as a race track at night.
During my ride it was the complete opposite and it involves 3 bikes in a parking spot and an angry SUV driver. I'll save that for later so as not to hijack this thread.

Well, the general speed limit for I-95 is... 95. I've been passed by grannies on I-95 for going to slow, I have no idea what it is but that highway is insane.

Weird first post but I have my horror stories of I-95 and a local road in RHode Island called Route. 146. LOL
Rhode Island drivers are insane. I don't ride as often as I'd like due to what I have to lug around with me, so I've got a Jeep Cherokee (96) I use often. Now shes fine at 55-65 but if you try to push her 4.0 litres to the mid 70s or above she just doesn't like it at all. The speed limit for most of I-95 here is 55mph,,, I go 65 in the "slow lane" and I am constantly getting that "pulls up to my rear bumper,,,waits a few minutes,,,, angrily passes me at high speed just to get in front of me and go 75 in the "slow lane".
I don't know how these people are allowed to drive.

I-95 is relativly calm at my end of it. Once you hit the MA border, it goes to "poo poo". The smart people take I-495 through Eastern MA to get south off it or to rt2 or I-90.
