My arms are killing me and my fingers are still tingling after "riding" a good simulation of a Harley for several hours this weekend.

Was this a stab at humour? That explains why I didn't laugh...

I posted this because I actually was using this thing to till my wife's garden. My neighbor came over and wanted to try it. He owns a Harley FXGDHXCGDGTDJD Soft tail something or other and he said the cultivator reminded him of his Harley. Not nearly as noisy, though.

I have one of those little tillers. Amazing what that thing will do, would dig itself to China if you let it. The engine is one of the two (25cc and 35cc) small Honda four-strokes that can be operated in any position indefinately, even inverted. Thats why I'm going to get one of those engines to mount in the nose of my 1/4 scale Nieuport 17.

the tiller I used to till my wifes garden was more of a blue smoke screen generator than a harley simulator. that lil 2 stroke could crank out blue smoke by the ton (there was a blue haze over the neighbors backyard when I was done tilling).

I think your tiller would be a simulator for an older harley. I have taken a new harley out on a test ride and the vibration was not bad at all.

depends on the model....

my road king and the big dressers all have rubber mounted engines...so do the glides so none of them vibrate bad.....no thte case with the softtail family....still steel mounted, still rattle your teeth out.

I test rode a sporty 1200, has the rubber mounted engine.

not a bad bike, IF I wanted a cruiser it would definately be on the list

Disagree,

The soft tails have the counter-balanced 88's and are actually smoother than any of the rubber mounted units, especially at idle. Admittedly, the rubber mounted engined bikes are an improvement over the old days.

didnt consider that because i am sitting on the 88(95)
