ok apparently I'm the only one with this problem...it just shows up like an almost matrix like picture...green and black streaks running up and down really big...

Shrink down the pictures to something like 600x400 or at least something smaller than what you're posting them as. Also, clean up the image a little, like in the last post, what's with all the white space?
You'll get it soon enough. Also, blowing up pictures causes the resolution to suck, and it gets all grainy and horrible looking.
