Riding on these two wheels is beautiful ! ! O O

My i bet cavemen had no idea what they discovered when they carved a large stone into a wheel hahaha...anyways this is just an update on my new bike, the ninja 650R...thumbs up!! Yep..one word that comes to mind...COMFoRtAbLe, i fit like a glove on it. At times if felt like I was on a cloud shaped like a motorcycle, I'm serious! haha especially when i rode by katies house (the chick with perkiest "lightbulbs" in my neighborhood)
I think i rode by her house at least 3 times, haha...i think she waved back the last time, but i couldnt tell cause her and her mother resemble each other lmao... I couldnt really tell cause I was working on my shifting, so I only glanced. Yeah, my shifting isnt as smooth as I want it to be. I want to be quick and nimble with it. But I will work on it again tomorrow. I'm beginning to feel as confident on it as I did with the 250 nighthawk, the bike I had during the MSF course. What really helped a great deal was doing some of the drills that were taught at the MSF course, like the eights, looking where you want to go. I havent tried any aggresive cornering like I did with the nighthawk because the owners manual says that new tires are slippery, to wait 100 miles. The first couple of days have been just getting familiar with the bike, its charteristics, working on shifting mostly. My top speed has been around 40 mph  I have no sense of urgency, just taking my time trying to perfect my skills on the bike step by step. Most of the riding has been around quiet, no traffic residential streets. After i practiced doing eights on an empty parking lot, my nuts grew X4 and I was able to jump into the friday late afternoon commute in the 25 mph shopping district. I went by it made a U and came the other way. Progress, slowly but surely haha. The freeway will have to wait for now. I want to really be confident with what i'm working with now, then maybe take this expressway, which is empty during certain hours/of certain days, the road is really smooth and the maximum speed limit is 50 mph. God i hope i dont get cocky and push it to 90 or some "poo poo" like that  Anyways I've learned quite a bit coming into this forum. More updates later...well if I have time, If i'm not riding by katies house
