What kind of motorcycle sounds do you all like?

I mostly like a nice low rumble that has a constant feel to it.

The 'Vroom' most sportbikes seem to have is ok, but I don't like it when it gets too high or loud(I think it's when they get into high rpms, but not sure)

I recently found one that I despise though. I came across a motorcycle that had a "Blat, Blat" sound. It sounded like what happens to a car when it doesn't start and makes a loud noise with a puff of black smoke coming up from behind. (The thing that happened right before the end of the Race episode in Seinfeld) I had the phrase for a moment and now I can't think of it at all

The sound a Ducati 999 makes is music to my ears...

Also, while one of my least favorite japanese bikes, I heard a ZX-10R this weekend and it sounded great as well. It was highish pitched like an I-4 screamer but toned down a good bit. Rather pleasant.

RC51. Hands down the best sounding bike ever. Followed by a piped SV1000S i saw at work a month ago.

I like a throaty sound on a sport bike a lot, but I also like loud, but not too loud cruisers.

My personal favorite is the whistle of an I-3 paired with a Silencer...for obvious reasons

an S&S with straight pipes never fails to make me smile.

Any properly piped Ducati followed closely by my VTR (it's just a little too loud).

I like my road house pipes not to loud but loud enough so people know I'm there.

I love them all, but it would be nice to turn the volume down a touch.

having said that, I nice throaty idling sound, on an inline 4 is music to my ears.

hmmm, I don't know what I like I like my bikes sounds only cause I can tell what RPM it's at without looking at my tack, I can tell you I don't like riding with people with really loud bikes.

I love the tailgunner exhaust that I bought in April and the sound it makes. A nice wup, wup, wup at idle and a mean roar when on the throttle. I can get it to backfire on demand which comes in handy for tailgating cagers.
