Tipped the bike over, now it won't start...

So I've already laid down the bike...albeit I wasn't moving and I managed to let it tip over gently.
I tried starting it again and I can hear the starter going but the engine doesn't turn over. Any ideas?
For reference:
- I thought it might be flooded so I opened up the throttle while starting. No luck.
- Fuel valve is turned to ON, engine cut-off switch is off, transmission is in Neutral.
- I seriously did not lay it down hard at all. I started to tip and put my foot down, but the weight was too much and I gently laid it down. I immediately stopped the engine with the cut-off switch.
- I have not tried using the choke, since I had been running the bike five minutes prior. Also, I thought it might be flooded so opening the choke didn't seem like a good idea.
- Bike is a Kawasaki Ninja 250
Thanks in advance.
