Come on guys, we all get a few pop ups (which, according to Mike, arnt really pop ups but pop unders) they are annoying yes? but do they really cause THAT much of a problem? is it enough for you to stop coming to the site? a couple seconds, a couple clicks and they are gone (for the moment at least). Is it really a big deal to have a bit of advertising (which pays for this site) on your browser, so that we can have a free resource such as this forum? I suppose he could charge us to come and then we wouldnt have any pop ups/unders. would thats solve everyones problems? Im sure no one would complain then eh?

suck it up princess.

I have chimed in on this subject before. I hate pop ups, pop unders, pop overs, and any other pop ups one can think of. I will continue to do everything possible to avoid them at all costs. That form of web advertising is invasive and completely unnesscessary. There are better ways to advertise on the interweb.

I use firefox. Used to get no popunders, now I do. Only 3 a day, its not going to kill me. I just close them without looking at them anyway. Only time it bothers me is when the ad site is down and it locks me up a bit waiting to tell me.

you guys are unbelievable!

those 2-3 popups a day help pay for the site.(any more and it's spyware) I see that most of you are site supporters and I would be too if I wasn't trying to save for a house. So having to click my mouse 3 extra times a day to help keep this site alive is not really asking too much.

This topic has been discused to death. There are pop-ups, click them to go away, and stop yer bitchin!

PS Mike, I think you need to make a sticky in every forum and a notice to each new member telling them that there are indeed pop-up so that we don't have people making one of these topics every day.

You need to ask that directly to Mike.

none of the other free site I go to have pop ups. I can't stand the things. So if the other free motorcycle boards don't have them, why does this on have to have them?
