I got to hand it to this guy... He wanted a motorcycle and since he couldn't afford one... He made one! Bad-"O Ring"!

I remember seeing this before. The lack of suspension looked awful

But it does have disc brakes!

Anyway, I can't see why you'd need a suspension on a bike like that... the wood is going to flex enough to absorb the minor bumps, and the major ones will be smoothed out by the fork collapsing.

That isn't wood, those are all steel pieces bolted together. Then again, I bet the seat is pretty well sprung, and the engine looks like it might be an inline 6 so it should be rather smooth.

Impressive.

if he was movin enough for the suspension to matter that thing would probably fall apart anyway

that looks a little short for a straight 6, i'd say its a 4. kinda hard to tell from those pics though

It looks like he's got an airbag from a truck under the seat, and shock absorbers as well..... I guess, if he kept the air pressure low enough, that would be pretty well sprung.
