Some of you may know my exgirlfriend. She had started taking flying lessons about the time we got together and she got her license shortly before we slit up a couple of years ago.

Yesterday afternoon, she narrowly escaped injury when the aircraft she was piloting was forced to make an emergency landing in southern Scotland because of bad weather and crashed.

Aviation Accident Investigation officials have issued a preliminary determination, citing pilot error contributed to the accident since she was flying a basic model in IFR (instrument flight rating)conditions while only having obtained a VFR (visual flight rating.)

The absence of a post-crash fire was likely due to insufficient fuel on board. No one on the ground was injured. Photograph taken at the scene shows the extent of damage to her aircraft.

She was very lucky.

I would almost bet your Ex was a redhead, just like my ex-wife. She had an aircraft like that too, and she dam sure never used it to sweep the floor......

Oh, man, don't get me started on redheads. All three of my ex's are carrot tops. I'm a slow learner.
